Wolfe was born into the Tanaka Corporation’s Neo Genesis Project. Series 2085 was the first successful series to be born via surrogate mothers. His designation was 4085. Wolfe spent 18yrs in the program raised from birth to be the perfect assassin. From records uncovered on the program there were notable flaws in his make up. The main one was his addiction to combat. Records that were recovered the remains of a Mr. Robert Harris’ home indicted that Wolfe was difficult to control after combat exercises. Also it was believed that Wolfe had deliberately injured training instructors as well during the course of his education.

At age 18, Wolfe was later sold to a Mr. Bryon Alderman though we do not know for what ends. Alderman was the owner of Miltech Weapons Systems Inc. It is rumored that Wolfe killed Alderman and seized control of the company changing its name to Wolfenet Inc. Alderman died from what the coroner declared natural causes however sources on Shadow Web speculate that Wolfe may have killed him. Now Wolfe heads one of the most powerful military weapons companies in the United States. This is his main cover and also gives him the funding and access to exotic weapons.

Wolfe has also branched out the Wolfenet Enterprises' line of products to include computer systems, vehicles as well as other products. For the camera he plays a typical corporate businessman. He attends parties with prominent politicians and famous figures all to keep the façade of being a normal person. However there are times when the façade disappears and he shows his true nature. He routinely sells his special services on the Shadow Web. His accomplishments are allegedly that he has killed Don Salvatore Corleone, Prosecutor Carl Chang, and Businessman Mikhial Zhukov.

Not much is known bout his personal life though he has been seen from time to time with various beautiful women by his side. If this is for appearances or if they are actual love interests we are left to speculate. For a short period of time he was seen with fellow Series 2085 member Nightshade serial number 4085. There was speculation that the two were romantically involved and it is not sure why they parted ways but rumor on Shadow Web was that it was in relation to another member of the series 2085 named Raven serial number 4080 being jealous of the relationship.
